Traditions Among the Church Buildings 

  

    As I begin to read 1 Corinthians 12 , the words “members, body and Christ” stood out. The Lord reminded me of church buildings in today’s society & how they are structured in operating the church. Most that believe in Christ go to church buildings, when you’re fulfilled with that church’s pastor’s preaching, the ministry for the youth or adults, the events; You become a member of that church. That  proceeds with one going in front the church to say “ they believe or want to become a member”. Becoming a member, especially in the Baptist Church I grew up in, you had to go through a new members class & when you were finished you got a certificate saying you completed that class. Similar to how the world functions for school. Becoming a CNA or certified tech you need certification to prove you completed the course in which you were interested in. I  thought wow, is this how the church buildings came up with the use of their words.

    Not knowing they have it all wrong, we are the body of Christ. Those who believe by Faith in him become members of HIS BODY. As found in chapter 12 of Corinthians, verses 4-6, we as members have diversities of gifts, differences of administrations and diversities of  operations of the Kingdom of God, all by the same spirit of Christ; Which is making disciples, going heal, deliver, preach the word of God & so much more the Lord called us to do while we’re here on Earth. The Lord looks at the heart and mind of man, when one believes. He said if we confess with our mouths the Lord Jesus, and believe in our hearts that God hath raised him from the dead, you shall be saved- Romans 10:9. We then become doers of the word  and become to do the works he did in flesh.  We didn’t have to become certified by him to be his children. He choose us  before we were even born. He called us to be a Holy people and  gave us the free gift of grace, welcoming  us in. So let us remember for the Husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the Church ( US): and he is the savior of the body ( US) - Ephesians 5:23 

Proverbs 18:21 :

“ Death and Life are in the Power of the Tongue: and they that   love it, shall eat the Fruit thereof.

I wanted to break down the scripture proverbs 18:21 on seeing that Death and Life are in the power of the tongue.

Now, we as believers should know that the wages of sin is Death, & the Gift of God is Eternal Life - Romans 6:21. But how do we obtain the two? Referencing to Deuteronomy 30:19 “ I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both you and your seed may live”. Understanding that Christ has given us a choice to choose the life we desire to live; what we choose is within the heart that now shows though our works.

So, now I bring you to the “ power in the tongue”. As I have understood some reference this scripture to a literal sense of “ speaking things into existence”, which is far away from what God has spoken. ( Only the Lord has the power to speak things into existence, seeing he is the Creator of Heaven, Earth, the Seas & the inhabitants therein; nowhere in the bible is it shown from genesis to revelation where God’s chosen ones made something exist "they desired" by just speaking it, they always asked by seeking in prayer.) The interpretation of this very scripture is Matthew 12:37 “ For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shall be condemned”. Every word we speak, we shall be give an account; whether they be profitable, proud or useless. God tells us why in the verses before, knowing that out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

As proverbs 1:31 says “ Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their OWN devices.” Which is what the scripture goes on to say “and they that love it, shall eat the fruit thereof.”  What’s in the heart of man is what defiles him. So,if your heart is defiled with lust, fornication, evil thoughts, covetousness, murder, adultery, these are the fruits (works) you are producing, which are against what Christ has commanded- for those that look to inherit His Kingdom. But if your heart is after the commandments of Christ, your affections are set on things above, you’re separated from sin, and know that the fruits you are producing are in righteousness. Those who are seeking life are walking after the ways of Christ, their fruits are: ministering to one, showing a love that hides a multitude of sins to save souls, leading people to Christ, creating disciples for Christ, fasting and praying for others and themselves, etc. Not only producing forth fruit of Christ but those that have chosen life are walking in the fruit of God’s spirit; peace, faith, meekness, temperance, goodness, gentleness, love, joy and longsuffering.

Matthew 5:17

      

                " Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. (Matthew 5:17) "

In scripture Jesus says, “Think not that I come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy BUT to Fulfil. This very scripture is taken out of context amongst a group of people, with an understanding that is error; presenting this scripture as the answer to why we are suppose to keep the Laws of Moses but I say to you that Christ’s interpretation of Matthew 5:17 is persuading us that He didn’t come to Destroy the law nor the prophets that preached & prophesied what was to Come, but he’s fulfilling the laws in scriptures. Before the New Testament, which is Christ coming in flesh here on Earth to preach salvation & remission of sins, in  “Old Testament“ Christ was prophesied in scripture by prophets which was to come. That’s why he said he didn’t come to destroy the laws that they had preached, as if the scripture that they brought forth no longer was needed or of none affect, but He’s now here to fulfil everything prophesied. He is that very law, commandment, statute, judgment that those prophets, His messengers spoke, concerning the things to come. Just as in Isaiah 42:1, “Behold my servant, whom I uphold: mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth: I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgement to the Gentiles.(v 2) He shall not cry, Nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the Street. This very scripture was prophesied by Esaias, & NOW Fulfilled looking at Matthew 12:17-21. Even in Isaiah 49:6, “I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth, which is fulfilled in Luke Chapter 2, yet looking at verses 25-32; Seeing that Simeon would see the Lord Christ, who is Salvation, (vs 30-31) which was written aforetime that he would come for the people, a light to lighten the Gentiles and the Glory of the people Israel. Seeing many things prophesied throughout the Old Testament was fulfilled when Christ appeared in flesh.

* didn't go deep into the Laws , I just wanted to point out the understanding of the scripture Matthew 5:17 , which the " Hebrew Israelite's " have pointed out as the scripture is to why we are still under the law, which we are Not.. Jesus Christ is the end of the Law.

                               “ Commending of Man “

• Commending - praise formally or officially ; commit or in-trust someone

    I firstly thank the Most High for his knowledge, wisdom and all understanding according to his word. I continually pondered on this matter of “ men commending themselves “ daily , and begin to study and rightly divide the word of God and hoped he would give me a revelation. So , I bring you to 2 Corinthians 10: 12 , “ For we Dare not make ourselves of the number , or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves , are NOT wise. But we will NOT boast of things without our measure , but according to the rule which God had distributed to us , a measure to reach even unto you.. “ , For not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom the Lord commendeth -vs 18. Those scriptures simply teach us that we should not be comparing ourselves of one another according to the Gospel of Christ and/ or the Holy Spirit, for we are ALL partakers of the Body of Christ ; and it is NOT by our works we are able to minister, save, heal , deliver , etc ; but according to the measure of the POWER of God who works in US.. “He who is a Jew , is one inwardly and circumcision is that of the heart , in the spirit, and not in the letter ; Whose praise is Not of men, but of God”.- Romans 2:29

    As mankind , we seem to get BOLD in our Flesh , and want to have this huge platform and title to do the service of God forgetting Philippians 2:6-7 “ Christ Jesus , being in the form of God thought it not robbery to be equal with God : But made himself of no reputation, and took upon himself the form of a Servant , and was made in the likeness of men “ he humbled himself , and was obedient unto death.. “ , remember to not only just read the scriptures , believe them and walk in them , this word is set to an en-sample for OUR Sake , how we should walk in holiness. God thought it not robbery, to take the praise of one he came out from , but knew all Glory was given to the Most High. Throughout the word Jesus always made known , “ He came to do the works in HIS Father’s name , not himself ; but as His Father taught he speaks.” In John 8:50 Jesus said “ And I seek Not mine OWN Glory : there is one that seeketh and judgeth.” We are here to be servants of Christ , he trusted US with his gospel , even so we speak , not as pleasing men, but GOD which trieth our Hearts. Without Christ we have no justification , no righteousness, we are still in a sinful state , separated from Him. Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God.
In Acts 3 , there was a man lame from his mother's womb that sat by the temple called " Beautiful " , that begged of alms from those who walked by; fastening his eyes upon Peter & John , Peter spoke to him " Silver and God I have none , but as I have give thee " In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up & walk. That lame man who was then Healed by the power of GOD begin to leap , walk & praise God. People begin to marvel at Peter , but Peter spoke unto the people " Why are you surprised at this ? , Why do you look so earnestly upon us , As though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk ? <<< that very answer Peter had given unto the people amazed me because he looked for no glory, no commending from the people , but Gave ALL GLORY to the Most High.

 In Acts 12: 21-23 “ A king Herod had sat upon his throne, arrayed in royal and made a Speech unto the people, the people gave a shout saying “ It is the voice of a God and Not of a Man “ , immediately the angle of the Lord smote him , BECAUSE “ he gave Not God the Glory , and was eaten of worms and gave up the Ghost “ .. remember , in Matthew 7:21-22 “ he said Many shall say Lord Lord, shall not enter, they will say Lord “ have I not prophesied in thy name, cast out many devils “ , and he shall say depart from me ye that work iniquity I never knew you , because It’s the power of God that’s doing the work through us , we are his dwelling place , he doesn’t dwell in temples made with hands , but we are his temple. Remember your Commending is for the one who Is Righteous , without sin , who was without fault and walked here in Flesh and Overcame ALL SIN. Not MAN . When we speak the word of God it should Not be “ the word of men , but as it is in truth , the Word of God which effectually worketh in those who Believe “ .  

ONE LORD . ONE FAITH. ONE BAPTISM. ONE MIND. ONE ACCORD. ONE SPIRIT.

                  " CHRIST'S DWELLING " 

I want to give the Body of Christ an understanding on Christ's dwelling place, which is the temple, who WE are. Christ wrote in 2 Corn 6:16 " What agreement hath the temple of God with Idols? For ye , are the temple of God. I will Dwell in them, walk in them, and be their God and they shall be unto me sons and daughters. Acts 17;24-27 , " God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is the Lord of Heaven and Earth, Dwelleth NOT in Temples made with Hands ; Neither is worshipped with men's man , ( for we worship him in spirit and in truth) , as though he needed anything, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things.

    God is speaking concerning the Church which is " the body of Christ" , we are His Dwelling place, He dwells in US that we his people will do the very work of Him; That's why we are to present ourselves as Living Sacrifices, Holy and Acceptable unto Him NOT Defiling the temple. Christ does Not dwell in temples made with hands speaking of the buildings we call "church". The Lord has called that idols, simply because many run to those buildings supposing they are saved rather than running to him. MANY have gone worshipping and serving the Creature ( MAN) more than the Creator (CHRIST) -Romans 1:25

   You rather present yourselves in " Church" and the involvement of ministries rather than seek him with your whole Heart, let the spirit of God teach you, Study to shew thyself Approved. SEEK Him & Not Man's  Wisdom but Hear what the LORD says.  He says " these people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me ,  in Vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the  commandments of Men - Mathew 15:8-9

 - So many of us have ran into those who say " Yes, I am a Christian .. I go to church every Sunday " they think going into a building and listening to one who teaches is going to save them.. we're so caught up into these traditions made by the world , When it's the Faith in Christ, Belief and Confession unto Salvation, Being a Doer of His Word and NOT just a Hearer , we are to be unspotted from the world. 

The gospel preached of me is not after man, For I Neither received it of Man neither was TAUGHT by man , but the Revelation of Christ. I encourage you to become intimate with your Creator, who is able to present you faultless in the presence of His Glory. - Galatians 1:11-12

  The LORD , hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned." Isaiah 50:4

             

                            

 Truth is......

       Not everybody knows what's true. The truth is what you learn, acknowledge, and Live by. Who's the Truth?? Christ.

   

      You're living for yourself thinking you're just here, hearing questions, disputes & opinions about " false Gods/Religions yet there's no truth. It all just continues with questions doubting your faith, until you find what's true = truth. Which is He the Father in Heaven, Our Saviour who's Alive & Everlasting; who's there to take you in, to reborn you from this life of sin. Who wanted you to be created as he is, true; just, holy, and righteous. & when you  find this Truth you don't want to go back to the old you, not want but can.'t. Because he has taken away the desires of your old man and made them new. Who knew ? Only a few, bcs not everyone know what's true. Many are called but few are chosen.

     

     & you don't want to fail him because you know HIM, this truth, this Word you've been studying and reading, trying to walk in because its truth. He wrote everything in this bible pertaining to the ways of mankind, the thoughts, fornication, revelings, false prophets, science, faith, peace, famine, diseases, destruction, money, and all things to come in this world that we live in.. & it all has to be fulfilled and it is Right Now before Our eyes, but who can see ? Only the eyes that can actually see, spiritually. He's in me because I abide in him. Truth is ... I found who's in me.

          

" WHERE WILL YOUR SOUL LIVE ETERNALLY?"

         You have intellect in your field of study, history of this world,    sports, politics,  loving the vanity of riches in the world.You're caught up in parties,relationships, everything about YOU & your life...  Yet , all these things of the world come to an end, and your soul is left to stand and you know NOTHING about the Living Word Jesus Christ , truth. Hell would be the end of your soul.

 * Seek ye first the Kingdom of God & All these things should be added  unto you. - Mathew 6:33

It is not by man's power they shall enter in the Kingdom of God. Many shall say " Lord Lord , have we not prophesied in thy name, cast out devils, (even things like healed a man , gave to the poor , etc) , and he Shall say Depart from me, ye workers of iniquity I never knew you. - Mathew 7:23 . It is by His power, His spirit, His righteousness we are saved. His spirit in us casts out devils, we are delivered, healed, free from bondage; It is he who fills us up when we Fast. It is not by Our righteousness, but His. It is him by all things were created. He is the beginning and the End, The first and the Last. He is creator of All. We cannot condemn anyone to Hell or Heaven, it is He.- Mathew 10:28 . So stop boasting you what you've done , because it's Christ in US who has done it.

 Lip service means Nothing to God. " This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. - mathew15:8 "   You can't just say " I believe God and think you're saved " When you believe, it is evident you are a believer because you began to follow Christ, Seek Christ, You are changed by his spirit. You become like HE is, doing what he does, and did . We are his workmanship ( his evidence of his works, what he has done to us & for us). Through us is shown Christ himself; we become perfect, sincere, genuine, true, loving, faithful and obedient. When people see Christ's chosen , they should be looking at him in flesh. We shall be fashioned like him. 

  

         

" Even the Righteousness of God which is by FAITH of Jesus Christ unto ALL and Upon ALL them that Believe : for there is No difference. For all Have sinned , and come short of the Glory of God " 

- Romans 3:22-23

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

      Prayer for those who may not know Christ, have astrayed from the faith , sinner, unbeliever and even the believer : 

Thank you Lord for this day, I come unto you in the place of seeking, desperation, love, freedom. I repent of the ways I've walked in, my own desires, pleasures, lusts that didn't please you and I seek to be free. I'm seeking Salvation, liberty, a life of purpose and truth; I know I can find those things in you. I pray that you will lead me in a path of righteousness. Scripture says your thoughts toward us are thoughts of peace and to give us an expected end. In you will I find complete peace, joy and love. I pray you will deliver me from bondage, my presumptuous sins that they will no longer have dominion over me, help me to see and know who you are, for you are the Living God. Show me you are here, show me you can change me from the inside out. Give me a pure heart and a pure mind that I will be found pure in your sight. I want you to dwell in me that I will walk in truth. Show me what's my purpose that my walk in you is not vanity. I want to be become intimate with you, to be strong in Faith, not leaning on man to teach me your word but knowing it is you who reveals. I want to LOVE AND SERVE you will all my heart, mind, strength, and soul as you said in your word.. Preserve my  soul into the Kingdom of Heaven. I desire you, in the name of Jesus. AMEN

Ezekiel 1 

In chapter 1 , the word came unto Ezekiel from the lord & he was given visions of God . As i read & studied I began to see & mediate upon the vision given unto him. Many things described ...

Vs. 13  : " As for the likeness of the living creatures their appearance was like burning coals of fire & the appearance of lamps ". He began to explain in the vision the likeness/image of God's People " Living creatures " . We are living creatures of Christ , we are his creation. He  formed us for his glory. That is why he also says " present your body as a living sacrifice also " I will walk in them and dwell in them & I will be their God and they shall be my people . 2 Corn6:16

" the appearance of lamps" : we his people are like the appearance of lamps . We are LIGHT . Col 1:12 " he hath made us to be part takers of the inheritance of the saints in light". John 12:36 : while we have light , believe in the light that he may be the children OF the LIGHT. We are the light bcs HE (Christ) is Light & he dwells in us . 

Vs 20 : " whither-soever the spirit was Togo , they went , thither was their spirit to go "  - the spirit is the spirit of God , he is leading his creatures the way they should go. John 16:13 the spirit of truth is come & he will lead & guide you into all truth  . Only those of Christ can receive the spirit , the world can NOT receive , bcs it seeth him NOT - John 14:17

Vs 22: firmament upon the heads of the living. Firmament = body of heaven in his cleanness - exodus 24:10

" Above the firmament,  was over their heads the likeness of a throne ".. upon the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it " 

• the Lord was upon his people , his judgment was before their heads 

• John16:8-13 The spirit comes to convict the world of sin , judgment , & of righteousness
